3. Use of Services
The Platform provides modules designed to optimize resource sourcing and streamline partnerships between institutions and individuals. Use requires acceptance of these terms and compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Purchase Types
4.1 Services
These include custom analysis sessions, strategy planning, and support offerings. All services are delivered as described in the order confirmation.
4.2 Digital Products
These include downloadable reports, guides, and access to recorded webinars.
4.3 Tangible Goods
These include physical merchandise such as branded materials or printed works.
5. Refund Policy
OptixFunding aims to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy varies by purchase type:
5.1 Services
Requests for refunds of service fees must be submitted in writing via our contact form within 14 days of the service date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may request to transfer your service credit to another eligible service within 90 days at no extra cost. Requests received after 14 days but before 90 days may be honored at our discretion, provided sufficient notice and valid reason.
5.2 Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final and nonrefundable. We encourage you to review sample content or summaries before purchase. In limited cases of technical error preventing download, we will provide replacement access.
5.3 Tangible Goods
Returns of physical items are accepted within 30 days of delivery if goods are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. You may also request an exchange for another available item.
No-Refund Services: Custom or on-demand offerings that require significant planning or unique resource allocation are not eligible for refund due to the time-sensitive and bespoke nature of the work. Please review service descriptions carefully or contact us prior to purchase to discuss your needs.
6. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes. The latest version will always be available at optixfunding.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
